Moby Dick's is the brainchild of Mike Hughes.
Mike trained at The Savoy and worked for Anthony Worral Thompson in London. During the last few years he has overseen the catering at many high profile events, for example The Cartier International Day at The Guards Polo club.
He has developed his own fresh style based around quality seasonal ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. He has set up and run a number of businesses including five restaurants, two delis and an outside catering business.
In addition to mobile fish and chips, Mike caters for weddings and parties in South East England. He designs bespoke menus to suit tastes and budgets.
